Authenticity/Enrollment for Track, Trace, and Provenance
With our unique 3-factor Authentication technology using Next Gen engineering we provide a secure, reliable and unclonable token (tag) that is affixed at the back of every artifact.

Tracking and Authentication Process
- Tags are affixed by the original artist before enrolling into the Art enRoll global network. In cases where the authenticity is unverified due to older paintings, but claimed to be original by reputed authenticity and verification specialists and curators.
-
Prior to shipping via selected carriers, the Artifact Enrollment process must be completed by the designated curator in each country. Country curators are responsible for ensuring the shipment verification and go through a series of tests established beforehand.
-
As the shipment moves from our designated curator's warehouse or secure facility, it goes through different stages or 'gates' where the tracking process timestamps and verifies the shipment with geo-location and facility codes. Clearances from Customs Authorities are also recorded for high value shipments.
-
All movement transactions and tag verification records enter a secure, immutable BlockChain network for further provenance tracking. The buyer has access to these records at any time. Special data is offered to insurance companies and cargo handling companies to further augment the observability of the artifact's movement.
